When facing an impaired driving charge in Saskatoon, there are several potential strategies that Meagan will explore to help you achieve a favorable outcome. Some common approaches include:

  1. Challenging the Legality of the Stop: I might review the circumstances surrounding the traffic stop to determine if the police officer had reasonable grounds to initiate it. If there was a violation of your rights or improper procedure, this could weaken the prosecution’s case.
  2. Contesting the Breathalyzer Test: I may examine the accuracy and calibration records of the breathalyzer device used during your test. I might challenge the reliability of the results or question the qualifications of the administering officer.
  3. Questioning the Police Officer’s Observations: I may scrutinize the officer’s testimony regarding your behavior, appearance, or driving. I might explore alternative explanations for any observed signs of impairment.
  4. Seeking Expert Opinions: I might engage the services of an expert witness to challenge the reliability of the breathalyzer results or provide alternative explanations for any physical symptoms of impairment.

An impaired driving charge can also increase your insurance fees exponentially. Fight your impaired driving charges and get your life back on track.
