A criminal record can ruin your life. Don’t face charges alone!
In Saskatchewan, a lawyer’s expertise is invaluable when it comes to mounting a strong defence against criminal charges.
Here are a few strategies I use to help you fight assault charges:
- Challenging the Legality of the Stop: I will review the circumstances surrounding the traffic stop to determine if the police officer had reasonable grounds to initiate it. If there was a violation of your rights or improper procedure, this could weaken the prosecution’s case.
- Contesting the breathalyzer test: I will examine the accuracy and calibration records of the breathalyzer device used during your test. I might challenge the reliability of the results or question the qualifications of the administering officer.
- Questioning the Police Officer’s Observations: I will scrutinize the officer’s testimony regarding your behavior, appearance, or driving. I might explore alternative explanations for any observed signs of impairment.
- Seeking Expert Opinions: I will engage the services of an expert witness to challenge the reliability of the breathalyzer results or provide alternative explanations for any physical symptoms of impairment.
An impaired driving charge can also increase your insurance fees exponentially. Fight your DUI charges and get back on the road.
